This 18-day program is divided into three phases.
Starting Sunday, March 3rd we'll ease into our journey with phase I - a four day preparation period. Together we'll set intentions, integrate daily rituals, work through resistance, and make space for radical transformation.
On Thursday, March 7th we'll begin phase II - seven days of clean eating. By eliminating common allergens (don't worry, shopping lists, meal plans, and recipes are all included!), we'll give our bodies time to rest, restore, and heal - naturally.
Phase III begins on March 21st. During this seven day transition period, we'll slowly add foods back in to discover what our body truly likes and dislikes.
